We are centrally located near Third Creek Greenway and UTK campus. Our founders and employees are all experienced runners who care about making your running journey as enjoyable and successful as possible, whatever your experience level and goals are.

We also host weekly group runs and fun events such as the Knoxville Taco Bell 50K and Barn Creek Backyard Ultra.
